Thai Coconut Curry Chicken with Jasmine Rice

I like using the egg as a "heat source" to go out of the box every now and then and honesty I just wanted curry chicken !
 B) 
So my lodge cast iron dutch oven came in hand to make this dish and I used my rice cooker to make the jasmine rice....


This was the final product.
