Shrimp Tacos and Salsa Fresca

You'll have to forgive the (paper) plating, I had loftier ambitions but after 20 miles of mountain biking settled on simple.

Shrimp seasoned with EVOO and Cajun seasoning and cooked raised direct. Salsa fresco just tomatoes, red onion, lime, cilantro, salt and pepper.
