Love jerk pork and chicken, but have not tried it on a steak. Anyone given it a shot? Any good?

Exactly my thoughts! I once (a long LONG time ago) tried to reverse sear a ribeye and decided to try a little pimento wood chips for smoke. It was TERRIBLE. I just let the quality and flavour profile of the meat shine now - especially with those nicer cuts. If you want to try to jerk beef, maybe get some sirloin and use them for kebabs?
