Does the small BGE adaptor, for a BBQ Guru party Q, fit into the lower vent of a Kamado Joe Jr without modification? Anyone know for sure? It's not clear on the BBQ Guru website.

I can only tell you that the sm bge adapter for the Stoker was a little too big for my KJ Jr. I just took my cheap hand grinder to it and now it works fine, though.
Edit:
Check out this discussion. Maybe @DMW can weigh in here again.

So i would rather ask your need for the low slow cook and what you intend to do with it? How long are you hoping to maintain a cook.... I can get 8-10hrs out of mine with the grid and deflector raised adding more lump but it is pretty easy to set and dial in the first hour and its usually good to go.. just my .02Beaufort, SC

I emailed the folks at BBQ Guru and they said it would fit perfectly with no modification. I plan to do ribs or maybe even a small pork butt. I will probably do beef ribs too. @plumbfir01Dave - Austin, TX

Yep, the DigiQ small adapter plate fits the KJ Jr. with no problem. I don't have the Stoker adapter plate for my small, only my XL.They/Them
