Just browsed through the July issue, "The Barbecue Issue". There is a little article on the BGE, and among the comments: " .... You have to get one. Now." They mention the Eggtoberfest and the forum also.[p]S. Raichlean reviews 4 new cookers, one of which is a ceramic covered in stainless, it looks like a DeLorean with an external thermometer.[p]Most interesting recipe (so far) is Grilled Chicken Satays on Lemongrass Spears...but the jury is still out.[p]I have been getting tired of wading through all the ads and after 24 years, we're thinking of dropping the subscription, but some of the grilled Asian recipes are making me think twice...[p]~thirdeye~
