I'm going to cook these drumsticks and was wondering if indirect or direct? What temp? Should I go by time or temp and if so what temp? Thanks for the help

Honestly either one will work fine. If you go direct I would recommend a raised direct set up, or one of those chicken hanger things works well. Indirect go a little higher temp: 375-400ish.
Either way cook to 180 IT. Note chicken is safe at 160 but dark meat has a lot of fat so can handle the higher temp.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
If you handed me those legs, I would set my Egg at 375°F Dome, balance my grid on 3 pop cans sitting on my fire ring so the grid was at the felt line, and cook them to 180°F internal. I would turn once, maybe twice.
I'd rub them with Dizzy Dust and leave them exposed to the air in the fridge for an hour or two before putting them on the grill.
Dang. They would be very good.
But, that's just me. There is about 2 million ways to cook those legs.

I used to cook them direct with the legs right on the grill and turned them a few times. It was hard to get them cooked properly without burning them.
Now I use one of those drumstick hangers and cook them indirect around 400 degrees. They don't need turning and cook much better. A popular cook here.

Just made legs and thighs the other night. chicken was seasoned with season salt, chipotle powder, and Bacon dip mix. Cooked at 225 for 1hr with a little apple wood to add smoke flavor, then raised the temp to 350 to finish it off. When it was close to done glazed with a little brown sugar and chipotle powder. Honestly the best chicken I've made on the egg.XL BGE, KJ classic, Joe Jr, UDS x2

I would hang them on the leg/wing hanger, then cook indirect at 350 for 2-3 hours (after giving them a bath in some rub)

I usually cook them indirect, at the felt line between 350-400, for about 40-45 minutes, flipping once about halfway through. I tried direct a few times, they got a little too black for me. If I do sauce, I add during the last five minutes.Large BGE, Mini BGEMorgantown, PA
