Sunday Dinner

Just the bride and I tonight so we decided some filets would be perfect along with twice baked potatoes, fresh Ga maters, and fresh Ga silver queen. Also found a great dessert recipe on @MeatChurch website for smoked pecan cobbler. Pecan oil on the filets with S&P. Everything egged except baking the potatoes the first time. Having dessert shortly with vanilla ice cream. The pecan cobbler is awesome! Happy Sunday all!

I taught that at Texas Eggfest in 2014 @Hotch. I followed Aaron Franklin's caveman steaks. Talk about pressure. I felt like Martha Freakin Stewart! A guy named @MeatChurch teaching a dang dessert!

Wow I missed that one. My apologies Matt. I do remember hearing about the caveman steaks. We were helping out the gang in 2014 and didn't get much time away. Other than a trip or two to the pop up with the redneck margarita machine. It was how you say refreshing.MeatChurch said:I taught that at Texas Eggfest in 2014 @Hotch.
