Today we are feeding 25 here at the shop. We have 2 Thompson River wagyu briskets (25lbs total) on the XL and a couple of nice bone in pork butts going on the Large Egg. Sun is coming up and it smells good around here. We will also be doing a large pot of BBQ beans (in the dutch oven) with slaw and garlic bread. Pics to follow.

I spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
Man those briskets look really good. I don't think I have seen a brisket shaped like that. They are so "plump" looking.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
