Pizza Recipe

1 cup water
1 Tbs active dry yeast
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt

1. Mix yeast with water.  Mix 1/2 t. salt with 1 C. flour; mix in yeast/water mixture.  Add 1/2 C. flour at a time until mixed.  Knead 20 mins., or until elastic on floured surface.

2. Put in greased bowl and allow to rise until doubled in bulk (45-60 mins.).  When doubled, punch down and knead out air bubbles.  Put on greased large pizza pan.

3. Assembly:  Sauce, cheese, meat, onions, mushrooms.  (Or any toppings you desire)   Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and drizzle olive oil lightly over top.  Bake in preheated 450-500 F. oven for exactly 15 mins.  Cool 5 mins. and cut.
