just threw on my first spatchcook on the egg at 375. If I get the breast to 165 will everything be done cooking? I only have a igrill

Yes, I usually pull mine about 155 to 160 as it will carry over.Jacksonville FL

If you position the chicken on the grill with the legs to the rear of the egg, temps usually work out better. Thighs are better when cooked to 185* IT, breasts to 165*IT. Since the egg tends to more heat in the back, the thighs and breast come out right, usually!
