Peaches & Cream BGE Style

After cooking a spatchcock chicken for dinner tonight, we halved some peaches and threw them on the BGE for a couple of minutes at about 300 F.  Afterwards, we threw on a dollop of homemade cinnamon flavored whipped cream.  It made for an easy and fairly healthy dessert if you've got some extra peaches sitting around.  Pics below:
