I saw that Stone Mtn. has removed EGGtoberfest from their calendar. Has anyone heard about a possible new location?

Hope it moves to the fair grounds in Perry. -
Last year at this time we were notified of the dates and location and that registration would begin on Aug 4th. Wonder what the hold up is.

Eggtoberfest is at Stone Mountain on Saturday, October 10th. Stone Mountain has relisted the event as of today.
Registration is supposed to start today, August 5th, from what those close to 'inside' sources have said. -

Just got off the phone with the host hotel and rooms are going for $229.00 per night. So our club will not be going to Eggoctberfest. They just lost 50 members that were planning to go.

There's a ton of hotels here. That shouldn't stop you.

Don't let the host hotel's pricing keep you and 50 friends from enjoying the event. Like DoubleEgger said, find another place.

I personally want to thank you for dropping out. I missed the registration yesterday and my group of 10 were all able to register to cook today. Also what mistakes? We cooked there the last 2 years, had a great time and as usual they sold out of taster tickets. Don't think any mistakes were made. -
@Bigpop1 http://www.biggreenegg.com/features/18th-annual-eggtoberfest/ This list some hotels with eggtoberfest rates. It also states that they do not have a special rate for the hotels in the park.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
