    I'm using the Three Little Pigs one as we speak. 1hr 5mins in on the 3-1-1 method. I picked the rub at a Lowes in London, Ontario. Used it once before and really enjoyed it. Of course that was my first attempt at ribs on the BGE and today is my second.
    Is it wrong to crack a beer this early? Something about cookin on the egg makes me thirsty.
