I am having a dinner party and I'm a new egg owner. I'm making goat cheese stuffed dates (indirect) and tuna/planked salmon (direct). Which food should I make first. I've cooked on my egg twice so I'm not too experienced. Thanks.

I would cook the dates first, pull the PS, and then put on your fish. You can foil the dates and keep them warm in the oven if you want.

It depends if the dates are fresh or dried. are an app or main course. I would do as app and then do^^^^^^^^ as directed.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.
