Smoked Pasta

Ok well sort of.  Smoked a couple bone in chicken breasts this afternoon - 350 indirect with cherry wood. Diced and added to cream sauce with garlic, mushrooms, leeks and thyme. Penne pasta topped with mozzarella and baked for 30 min. 

Cocktail is a Basil 8 - found the recipe in a magazine a couple years ago.  Make it every year when the basil in the garden is going nuts.  Summer finally arrived in Wisconsin today when we hit 90 degrees for the first time in almost 2 years!
