Cooking has been fun with the egg. I made some hot sauce for fajitas tonight. Grilled some Roma tomatoes, onion, and Serrano peppers to get some char. Added that to salt, garlic, peppercorns, and cilantro ground in a mortar. Finish with a little lime juice and zest. The house smells great...
