First attempt at reverse sear

So the wife and kids are out of town and I decided to try to Reverse sear a New York Striplion for the first time.
I got the Egg settled at 250 indirect (Woo2 setup) and placed the cow along with some onions and portabello's in foil on for about 40 mins. Pulled the Woo2 setup off (with food) and put the grate back on and opened bottom vent and removed Daisy wheel. When the temp reached 650 I put the cow on for 2 mins and turned every 30 secs. AMAZING results!
Only thing I would do different is not do the Blue Cheese Butter topping. It was too rich for my liking and took away from the steaks flavour. Mushrooms and onions were amazing.
Reverse sear is the way to go from here on out for me.
