I have a nice BGE cook planned for tomorrow, but then you won't see one for several weeks.  I will disclose why tomorrow.

Going to be cooking inside, or have The Spouse doing the task for awhile.  Did a bit of practice tonight.  Possibly the best batch of tenders I've ever done.  Good start to a short term change of pace.



XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    Looks good man! I love homemade tenders.  I havent fried anything in a while.  This was the kick in the pants I needed.
