I didn't wrap on the grill. I wrapped when I pulled it off and let it rest. Are you saying don't wrap at all even to rest? I am up for trying that too. I figure it is going to take me 3-4 to figure out how to rock it like a pro then I will have work on my turbo brisket skill.Jacksonville, FL

Wrap to rest, definitely!

Ha ha, that sucks. Many moons ago when I first moved in with my then girl friend, now wife, she had a wiener dog. One night I made these fantastic cheeseburgers, and the dog ate then all when I turned my back to get sauce or ketchup or something. I was devastated...I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Yeah I didn't figure you left the whole cobbler on a coffee table like I did with my burgers. I guessed your dog was good size and still pretty sporty. The funny thing was my wife's dog extracted the burgers from the buns without disturbing the lettuce, tomato, pickles etc. I literally picked the bun up before I realized what had happened.I raise my kids, cook and golf.
