Brisket Level?

Was wondering if anyone could provide some more info on different levels of brisket cooks. My local PBS television station had a series on Franklin BBQ and at the beginning it showed Aaron Franklin "Level 7 brisket Captain". I have never heard of this title before. Is there a ranking system for BBQ? How is this achieved? What are the requirements?

Don't know the system, but if he's a seven I'm surely some negative three digit number.

If you watch the rest of the series. He always has some funny title.  I think one he was a "chancellor of pork butts".  I'm pretty sure it's just a joke.
