Simple Sunday night cook... pork chops

Did a couple of 1 1/2" thick pork loin chops for dinner last night. Did them in the sous vide @ 140* for 4 hours then finished them with a quick sear on the CI grate. Just s&p for seasoning. 

Served with some delicious quinoa salad that Mrs. TOTN made.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
