Honey Hog Hot Chicken Wangs

Did some smoked chicken flappers Saturday Night for dinner. Honey Hog for Family and Honey Hog Hot for me. Layered on some Smokin Guns hot as a base flavor for all of em. Smoked wings are definitely my fave chicken on the egg.

They were excellent. I smoked them at 250 dome for about an hour and then raised direct to render them a bit and put a little char. So simple and good.

Those look delicious.  I'm a fan of the Smokin Guns Hot, and I just got some of the Honey Hog Hot, but haven't tried it yet. Color me inspired
