Chopped Beef Sandwich Recipes

I have some left over brisket I'd like to make chopped beef sandwiches.  Other than chopping up the meat and adding BBQ sauce any other additions.

You could make some Philly cheesesteaks.  Toss in some sautéed onions and cheese...'whiz-wit' if you're talking the talk.

Thank you for your suggestion.  I ended up using Franklin's espresso bbq sauce.  It was great.

Hmm. Brisket philly cheesesteak?  I may be eating that tomorrow!

I would think you could use to make Italian beef....link to a recipe  http://www.food.com/recipe/chicago-italian-beef-30484?nl=email_share ....obviously you would need to adapt it a bit.
