..........baked Vidalia Onion. Now don't get me wrong....the Tt was account.

 

The Vidalia - A touch of butter, beef base and a shake (or 2) of 4 Rivers Smoakhouse coffee rub!....(also on the beef). Can't necessarily disagree with her. A fine dinner if I do say so myself.
