Any recommendations on a good temp and how long for a low and slow overnight cook of two babyback racks?

I hope it's a short night. Ribs shouldn't take more than 5 hours.Steven

After reading your responses I decided to hold off on the overnight cook. You're right jaydub that is a little long. Today I'm going to do the 2-2-1 method at 250. Thanks MiniMax!
