Looks like you nailed it. I like to go with a hybrid reverse sear. Indirect to start and then caveman for the sear. Hasn't disappointed yet. Might have to go all the way caveman one of these times after seeing yours though.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Did my first caveman last week on my LBGE. I soon realized that my tongs were to short. Had a hell of a time reaching in to flip it. My right arm has less hair than my left arm now. Lesson learned.Kennebunk, Maine
