Chicken Wings and Drumsticks

Here is a quick and easy recipe for Chicken Wings and Drumsticks.

Brine chicken in salt water for 3 hours. (1/2 cup of salt to 1 gallon of water).

After brining, dry chicken and then brush with olive oil.  Then sprinkle chicken on both sides with Big Green Egg Whirly Bird rub. Put chicken back in fridge for about 3 hours.

Pre-heat egg to 350 indirect with grate as high as possible.  Use a drip pan to prevent smoking and soiling your place setter stone.

Place chicken in egg and cook until drumsticks are at 200 degrees.  Or, if you don't have a meat thermometer, 1 hour should do it.
