Baby Back Ribs for the 4th

First time with ribs on the egg, researched the hell out of the forum and found Carwash Mike's recipe and directions. Incredible! 

3 racks of ribs at 225 for 4 hours then 1.5 hours at 250 while spraying with apple juice every hour. I have some Rendevzous rub I used to marinate with a mustard base and it had a great foundation before the sauce. Sauced them and kicked up to 280ish for 30 min then pulled to rest and cut. Enjoy the pics!
