Stuffed Burgers

In preparation of Fourth of July I'm going to post a picture/experiment from earlier in the week of my stuffed burgers.

I stuffed 4 half pound burgers with diced jalapeño's and mozerrela cheese and seasoned it with a standard burger rub. 

Cranked the egg up to 350-400 and let these bad boys cook direct roughly 10 min a side. Once I felt the color was right I added some pepper jack cheese and toasted the buns a little on the grates.

Topped it with thick cut bacon and some onion bread and it turned out absolutely incredible!
