Flank steak with rub exchange seasonings

So @KiterTodd sent me some amazing seasonings and I got to try some of the Adobo Milling stuff tonight.  I used the mesquite seasoning on the flank steak and dipped pieces in the jalapeno hot sauce.  Man, if I could get that hot sauce around here I'd probably buy it regularly.  It's very good.  Heck, even my wife who doesn't like hot sauce was using it!!!

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
