"Healthy" Beer drinking snack (Kale)

Made some crispy Kale last night. Washed and ripped up some Kale, bit of olive oil and salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Had the Egg about 350 for about 20 mins until the kale turned really crispy. It tasted amazing and the spicy kick goes great with a cold one.

We do it all the time, make sure you wash it really good dry it then cut the rib/stem off of it. I have a pump bottle filled with olive oil and mist the leaves. Like Mr Wigan above says go light on the oil (it doesn't really need it) then season to taste. PS it gets stuck in your teeth like Chimichurri!Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE
