Pork Chopping

My first cook of Pork Chops, sweet potato, mini golds and some asparagus.     I put the potatoes on first to get 'em going.  After about 20 minutes at 375 - I added the chops.  Used thick cut chops seasoned with bbq rub.    Added the asparagus, seasoned with Dizzy Pig pineapple.    At about 110F, took everything off and ran the egg up to 700.   Slathered some BBQ sauce on MY chop.    Reverse sear for about 45 seconds on each side.     Chops were perfect.  SWMBO loved the sweet potato.
