Found a brisket in freezer

I went freezer diving and found a 14 1/2 lb choice brisket that I bought at HEB/San Antonio last year. I now have it in fridge thawing out. I know this is not as good as SRF Brisket but, I'm gonna try my best. I will post pics of cook later.

Hard to imagine how much is in your freezer if that brisket went missing since last year!

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

A brisket is a pretty large item to lose. But a chest freezer can be pretty big and deep as well. I'm sure I've got a couple of ribeyes and venison steaks hidden in the bottom of my small chest freezer.

Piney, you must have some serious freezers.  That's like discovering there's a Mac truck in your garage.

I can feel your pain!!! I went to defrost my chest freezer and at the bottom below a bag of ice was a 2 pack of butts. I thought the ice was the last thing in there since last year at my birthday (may 15,2014) but apparently not!  I cooked them up for my Father's day feast this year!
