I love Canucks! Happy Canada Day to our friends from the great north!!!
LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI. :glasses:  B)
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard...

Happy Canada Day Also from Toronto, did my first overnight Pork shoulder, unfortunately it was done at 5am.... Wrapped and put in the cooler for 3 hours while I went back to sleep, then put it on ice in the cooler to drop the temp for later on today..  Timing was off a bit, thought it would have taken longer than expected.
Oh well, good day for pulled pork sandwiches anyways, sorry no photos too dark...

That's too bad about the extra early finish time. I'm sure it will still be delicious. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day!
Thanks John, after re heating it in the oven hours later, it turned out really well still.  But at 5am it was definitely better, the juices were oozing and delicious!  Of course I had to have a little try at 5am, why not!  Hope you had a great day also, your burgers looked great!

Thanks and glad to hear that it turned out well! Now back to slug it out at the office for 2 more days!

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
