Crawfish season over, Brisket on the 4X4 BGE

While I'm already missing my crawfish, brisket time is here!  Set up this time with the PS legs down to create more space to add wood during the cook. Previous brisket cooks were done PS legs up but there's no room to add sticks of oak. I found with legs down I had enough room to add full sticks during the cook without issue. A few pics below.

How much oak do you add to the charcoal during a cook?

@milesvdustin , with this setup I started with 3 sticks and then about four hours in I added another 2 split sticks thru the PS space. When I've used PS legs up I don't have room to start with full charcoal and wood but with legs down I start with plenty and can add at midpoint.
