Seared Tuna Steaks

Second time doing tuna steaks on the egg. Marinated in teriyaki, then seared on cast iron griddle at around 500. Should have removed the marinade before searing - you can see I had some burn from the sweet marinade. But the taste was fine and the middle was perfectly pink. Topped it with a grilled salsa (not pictured): grilled two ears of corn and one red onion. Diced onion, removed corn from cob. Added sliced mango, fresh lime juice, salt & pepper. Went really well with the tuna.

Love seared tuna! Been too long since I've had any. Yours looks great!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
