I am looking to have a "basic" table built and plan on sending the guy a pic I found of a table I like. I want to make sure I get the best dimensions for around the egg. How big should the hole be?  How high should it sit up from the table?  I plan on using a nest. These are my basic questions, so if anyone has any other advice let me know. My Egg arrives tomorrow.
