Caribbean/Island BBQ sauce recipe or product?

I'm gonna mix things up for the 4th and try a Caribbean Style pulled pork. Does anyone have a recipe for a trusted island style sauce or a brand you like. I'm using John Henry Caribbean Sun dry rub. Open to any and all suggestions you folks may have. Thanks.

When I was in the Bahamas I ate a pulled pork sandwich that had pineapple mixed into the pull. It was surprisingly good, the tart/sweet mixed with the vinegar sauce and the pork.

I like this stuff on most proteins. It can be used to marinate, baste, inject or sauce. The flavor is incredible.

I have used Jamie Oliver's jerk recipe many times, and it is amazing (search under jerk ham).  It is easy to find. It is also easy to make.  I have not made it with pulled pork but should be easy.
