I love Cuban food but rarely find anything edible outside of Sourh Florida, so I thought would try making it myself. Turned out well, but not Bongo's (a favorite in Orlando even if it is touristy).
We also did Pao di Queijo, because, hey they are so darn tasty! And in accidental yet fortuitous discovery, Pao di Queijo dipped in mojo is decently good.
