Jerk chicken best thing I've made!!
Still a newby, but the jerk chicken I made 
tonight was amazing!
Used McCormick Jerk spice rub, added white vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, habanero pepper, and olive oil. Marinated for about 4 hours. Smoked with Applewood for about 30 minutes at 225 then up to 375 for crispy skin - basting even time I flipped about every 10 minutes.
