Damn that looks good. Makes my crock pot Mexican chicken for tonight look pretty darn bad. But kids had things and I had things. Tomorrow we dine as kings. Just like @Dyal_SC . Nicely done man.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Thx guys!! Onion was super simple. Did just as the video described. Made 2 of them. Saved the leftover flour mixture and egg wash to make 2 more tomorrow.
