Whole top round for beef sammies

Picked up a whole top round last weekend at RD. Trimmed it, seasoned with a paste of S&P, fresh thyme, rosemary, and garlic with some olive oil to bind it all together. 
Put it to bed until around 4am tomorrow. 
Cooking L&S indirect at around 250-275.
Finish at around 135-140 temp.
