I did Tandoori chicken again, but this time we used chicken thighs, turned out even better.

I punted and did Jerk wings.  When I went to remove the skin from chicken it wasn't going well so gave up.

If you freeze the chicken a bit, and use a paper tool to hold the skin, it should peel right off without much fuss.
