Bitter taste with leftovers.
I have noticed lately that I get a bitter taste with leftover chicken, not so much with beef or pork. All I use is RO, beginning to think I need to try a more neutral lump, just do t have access to it in my area. They won't ship Rockwood to CA. Have done a couple of clean burns (one as we speak) but didn't seem to make a difference. Didn't notice this so much when I first starting egging in Feb, do you think quality of RO is going down?
