Baked Cod and Roasted Radishes-Wednesday Night Dinner

Typically we do not cook on the BGE on a weekday, too hectic and the focus is fast and furious! However I had two Cod loins, so I marinated them in Soy/Ginger/Apple Cider Vinegar for about 30 minutes. We belong to a farm co-op so we get a lot of veggies...and I noticed we had two bunches of radishes we needed to use. Roasted them with EVOO, Salt and fresh Rosemary. Radishes went in first for about 20 minutes direct at 450, then the Cod at 400 indirect for about 15 minutes. I think if I do the fish again I will marinate longer for more flavor but I must say it was very good! And roasted Radishes, who would have thought??
