Father's Day BBQ feast with Ribs, Wings, and Sausage
Adrock
Posts: 93
Pulled this off for a fathers day gathering at my house yesterday. Everything turned out perfectly. Got a great new coffee mug for work too!
Menu was blue cheese and bacon potato salad, leftover brisket and onion baked beans with baby backs, chicken wings, and ramp pesto pork sausages.
The last one is of my son's fathers day surprise breakfast for me - a heart shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Tried a new rub too - Roasterie Tuscan coffee rub - it was a bit bland for my taste.

@Adrock, that looks great and yummy. I wanted to grill out yesterday, but after we got home from brunch it rained most of the day and I lost interest. This looks really tasty and I am hungry right now.

Love the mug! Good looking cook, and it appears the sammie has someone's approval as well.

That pesto pork sausage looks interesting. Did you make that yourself!
Love the heart shaped sandwich.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada -
No, there is a local butcher that does all types of specialty sausages in all types of protein from goat to turkey and all things in the middle. It's all seasonal too so this stuff is just about done. I have some fennel pollen sausage on deck from there too.
