@BigJonMoo73 I was at 500 for about 20 minutes. Look through the top to see the top browning and then check the bottom to see if it is done. I rotate 180 half way through to get past hot spots.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH
