Buffalo Shots

So I got a little creative for a BBQ challenge and thought that I would share the results.  

I cooked wings two ways.  The first batch was just straight plowboys yardbird and the second was plowboys with a bag of pork rinds ground down with a vitamix.  I mixed up some egg and milk and coated the wings in the dust.  The pork rinds really made the wings crispy!!!

Cooked at 375 indirect for 20 min each side.  total cook 40 min.  

And for the creative side, I used some shot glasses with blue cheese and franks buffalo hot sauce, celery and carrot.
