Salmon...

Three days in a row cooking in the Egg.  Decided on some salmon.  Two filets coated with DP Tsunami Spin.  The other was coated with a mix of butter, soy sauce, honey, and ginger.    Both were fantastic.   Could have seared the flesh side a little better for color and texture but overall it was good.   Grilled at 400 to 140IT.   Served along with some grilled lemons and risotto.

Been too long since I've had any! Gotta get me some salmon! Looks great!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Soy, honey, ginger and garlic.  On the plank. Raised 350 direct.  It's a wonderful thing !  Alternate between plank and grill.  Think I like grill better.
