Spinach crusted pizza

So i'm little late for the throwdown, but here is a "healthy" spinach crusted pizza we cooked.   We also cooked a bbq chicken pizza tonight.

I'm really diggin the spinach pizza!!! How was the taste and texture??

tasted awesome.  I ate more of that then the bbq chicken.  The texture isn't exactly "firm", but better than before.

I need to find an easier way to get off the parchment paper, I think that would help make it firmer.

I have been tempted by the light beer at Costco.  How was that fine domestic?
